Best-Ever Chicken Pot Pie

This is a delicious recipe that I got from a friend years ago. Its my families all time favorite dinner.
Cooking the chicken is included in the Prep time.

Ingredients

1 medium
chicken
2 can(s)
cream of potato soup (undiluted)
1 can(s)
mixed vegetables
1 c
milk
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
thyme
1 pkg
pillsbury rolled pie crust (2 per pkg)

Step-By-Step

1Cook chicken on stove top, until done.
2After chicken is removed from broth, cool and debone.
3Mix all ingredients with deboned chicken.
4Press pie crust into pie pan, add chicken mixture to crust and apply top crust and press edges, add a slit to middle of pie crust.
5Place Pot Pie in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
