lean ground beef or turkey/chicken
onion, chopped fine
Combine cooked meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, milk and seasoning. Mix well.
Press into a 9 inch pie plate, building up the edge.
Combine rice, soup and 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into pie shell.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
Sprinkle remaining cheese and continue to bake another 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
