Barbecued chicken egg rolls

Wow! This stuff is good let me tell you. I was a little worried about the taste;Not no more!If you like barbecued chicken ,you will really enjoy this. I trippled this recipe to make all 21 wrappers that you get in the package.It worked just fine.Four was not enough for me and my family. I am saving this recipe for The ball-games this fall.

pinch tips: How to Quarter a Chicken


1 c
shredded cooked chicken
1/2 c
shredded cheddar-monterey jack cheese
1/3 c
honey barbecue sauce
egg roll wrappers
canola oil- for frying

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl combine the chicken,cheese and barbecue sauce.Place about 1/4 cup in center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides over filling.Moisten remaining corner with water,roll up tightly to seal.
In an electric skillet heat 1-inch of canola oil to 375. Fry the egg rolls for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.Drain on paper towels.
