Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 c
egg whites or egg substitute
1 c
panko bread crumbs
1 tsp
basil
1/2 tsp
oregano
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
paprika
4 Tbsp
parmesan cheese, grated

Step-By-Step

1Cut each the chicken breasts into 2 inch strips.

Dip each strip into the egg mixture.
2Combine the crumbs with the seasonings and cheese in a plastic bag.

Add the chicken strips a few at a time and shake to coat.
3Place the coasted chicken strips on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

Spray with cooking oil.
4Bake at 375' for 25 minutes.
