Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/3 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
diced chicken
2 c
cooked peas
4
eggs, separated
1/3 c
grated processed american cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, chicken and peas

Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, or 4 large muffin tins.

Bake uncovered 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff.

With same beater thoroughly beat egg yolks; add cheese

Lightly fold yolks into whites, pile onto of chicken mixture.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
