Baked Chicken Parmesan

I always loved Chicken Parmesan but didn't like it fried. So, this is my recipe, which is a tad healthier, with no frying.

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 c
progresso bread crumbs - italian style
1 c
favorite spaghetti sauce
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse Chicken with water, cut off fat. Toss into a sandwich bag of Bread Crumbs, place onto 9x9 inch pan.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Last 5 minutes, cover with sauce and cheese. Serve over pasta or with salad
