|salt and pepper to taste|
|1/4 tsp||seasoned tenderizer|
Soak and wash chicken. I usually soak mine in a little salt water.
Pat dry all pieces. spray buttery Pam in baking dish
take all seasonings combine and sprinkle on chicken (both sides)
Bake at 400 for 1 hour
