Ingredients For bahama beach chicken wings

3 cof your best jerk marinade

3 Tbspgarlic, minced

1 Tbspminced thyme, fresh

1 tspallspice, ground

1 cwater
-
4 Tbspscallions, thinly sliced

5 lbchicken wings, whole

dry jerk seasoning as desired
How To Make bahama beach chicken wings

1Combine jerk marinade, garlic, thyme, allspice, water and scallions in a mixing bowl. Add chicken wings, cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

2Allow to marinate for 18-24 hours. The longer the better.

3When ready to cook remove from marinade and place in a clean bowl. Lightly mix the dry jerk seasoning onto the wings and put on a sheet pan with the wing tips face down. Bake the wings at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.

4Pre-heat the grill to medium. Arrange wings on the grill and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side. Skin should develop a crisp texture and a rich brown color. Wings will be fully cooked at 165F.
