Ingredients

3 1/2 lb
chicken, broiler-fryer - cut up in pieces
2 medium
onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
sweet hungarian paprika
3 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
chicken broth, low-fat
1 c
sour cream
salt and pepper
cooked noodles or rice

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown chicken, onions, and paprika in butter.

Add chicken broth and simmer, covered, over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Stir in sour cream and serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
