Asian Style Chicken Wings

These are so tender and tasty. They are good served with rice and spinach as sides along with yeast rolls.

1/4 c
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
oil (your choice)
2 tsp
ground ginger
4 Tbsp
brown sugar
3 Tbsp
minced garlic
chicken wings


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Mix together and place the first five ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag.

2Wash wings well and place into the ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge for two to four hours.

Step 3 Direction Photo

3Place wings into a foil lined pan and pour the marinate over wings. Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done. This depends on your oven and the size of the wings. Note: I may drizzle honey over them just before I put them in the oven the next time I have them.
