Salt and pepper chicken wings then soak them in milk. Dredge them in cornstarch and deep fry for 5 minutes.
Place all the ingredients for sauce except sesame seeds and cilantro together in sauce pan. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Take a little cornstarch mixed with water to make slurry and add to sauce ingredients to thicken to desired consistency. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro
I didn't deep fry my chicken wings I just baked them and then served the sauce over them.
