Aprie's Cuban Black Bean, Sauteed Chicken Breast over a Bed of Yellow Rice.

Aprie Allen

This is a recipe your family will truly adore and want to come back for more. It reminds me of the times when mom and I use to spend quality girl time together. I remember when we use go on our shopping sprees, we use to attend these Cuban style restaurants. She and I use to go to this particular restaurant located on Burnside Ave. in The Bronx, in New York City. You can always receive great service, good food and great Cuban music. These are the times I miss so much now that she's gone. But, now I get to do the same things with my daughter and she loves it too. This recipe translation is as follow: Haba negra cubano de Aprie, pecho de pollo salteado sobre una cama del arroz amarillo.
Thanks Mom for great fun, good food, music, and fantastic times together.
