Apricot Salad Dressing

i needed a quick & easy recipe for a NO Sugar, No Oil
i changed this from my Aunt, to fit the bill.
big plus is that it is just as easy to double or triple.
store in a jar in the fridge up to a week.
this also make a great marinade for chicken.

Hi Cheryl! I'm a little unclear on the amount of apricots - is it one apricot sliced or 1 cup of sliced apricots? Thanks!
