pieces of cleaned chicken ( leave skin on)
mix flour and spices . Dredge chicken , coating well..
place in butter coated baking dish
Pour milk and water over chicken, Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown
option.. if you do not have heavy cream you can use 3 1/2 cups of milk but do not add water.. just milk.. I also spice it up a bit more for my kids.. they like spice!!! gauge for yourself.
