- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Step 1In a small skillet over medium heat, add peppercorns, mustard seeds & cumin seeds until toasted, 2 minutes. Let cool. Put into spice mill or small food processor & adding remaining ingredients & pulse until finely ground.
