Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Yum! This nacho casserole is easy and super tasty. Set out your favorite nacho toppings and let the family customize their plate. This is one easy dinner recipe.


1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
McCormick taco seasoning
1 pkg
Mexican blend shredded cheese (8 ounces)
1 c
frozen corn
1 can(s)
black beans, drained and rinsed
1 jar(s)
chunky salsa (8 ounces)
crushed Tostitos


1Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning. Also add the jar of salsa and mix well.
2Add corn and black beans to the hamburger mixture.
3Spray 2 quart casserole dish. Put half of the hamburger mixture in the dish. Top with some crushed Tostitos.
4Top this with half of the cheese. Sprinkle more Tostitos. Then add the rest of the hamburger mixture. Top with rest of cheese.
5Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.
