Crescent Roll Casserole

A really delicious and simple casserole. We usually serve it at brunch but it's perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

1 8 oz pkg
crescent rolls
vegetable cooking spray
6-7 slice
swiss cheese
4
eggs
3/4 c
milk
salt and pepper
1/4 c
finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp
parsley
1-2 c
broccoli florets

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 with cooking spray.
2Separate crescent dough and press into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the baking dish.
3Place cheese slices on top of dough.
4In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, onions, salt and pepper, and broccoli. Pour mixture over the cheese slices.
5Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour or until the eggs are firm and the top is golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve.
