Ingredients For cornbread chili cheese dog casserole

2jiffy cornbread mix
-
1 cchopped onion
-
3 clovegarlic minced
-
1 Tbspoil
-
15 ozcan chili with beans or without

3 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1 pkghot dogs
-
1 cshredded sharp cheddar
How To Make cornbread chili cheese dog casserole

1Make the cornbread according to directions on box. Spread half in bottom of greased baking pan.

2In large skillet add the olive oil and saute the onions and garlic until translucent. Cut the hot dogs in half lengthwise then into pieces. Stir hot dogs into the onion mixture and let brown Stir in the chili, brown sugar, chili powder and cumin.

3Spoon hot dog mixture over cornbread mixture in baking pan. Top with cheese. Top with remaining cornbread mixture.

4Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes
