Easy Quinoa Patties

My oldest son does not like quinoa so I figured out some form of getting him to eat it; they go perfect with any salad and you can use them as a healthier burger.

Ingredients

500 g
quinoa, cooked
1 box
instant mashed potatoes
vegetable or chicken broth
2
eggs
1 tsp
minced garlic
salt, pepper
1 tsp
oregano, dried
canola oil for frying

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl combine cooked quinoa with instant mashed potatoes (add broth until the mix is not too dry).

2Add eggs, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well.

3Heat oil in pan.

4Form patties and fry until golden.
