A good variation on plain burgers.

1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
1/4 c
burgundy wine
1/4 c
finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder


1In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.

2Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.

3Serve on toasted bun with favorite toppings.
