Put just enough oil to cover bottom of nonstick frying pan and heat on medium high.
Add salt and pepper to flour and coat steaks with seasoned flour. I like lots of pepper and I use a brown paper bag to shake/coat steaks with flour.
Lightly brown steaks on both sides. Turn down to a simmer. Top each steak with Rotel tomatoes, cover and simmer until done.
Serve over rice or noodles.
