This recipe is quite unique.....
Quick and simple...
and surprise!
It really tastes good.
Do not use the pickle!
Makes a great stuffing dish on the side....

Ingredients

white castle hamburgers...no pickles........if frozen, thaw.
1-1/2 c
celery....diced
1-1/2 tsp
ground sage
1/4 c
chicken broth
1/1/4 tsp
ground thyme
3/4 tsp
coarsley ground black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, tear the burgers into pieces and add celery and seasonings. Toss.
Add the chicken broth. Toss again.
Stuff cavity of your turkey, just before roasting.
Makes about 9 cups, enough for a 10-12 pound turkey.
Note: Allow1 hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivalent of 3/4 cupof stuffing per pound.

gravy recipe included.

Put the dressing in a covered casserole dish...with a little of the turkey juices added when dressing was 1/2 cooked..Bake 1 hour at 325F.
