Ingredients For white castle "sliders" casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 - 2 pk pkg
    french onion soup mix (there are 2 pkgs in each box - use both)
  • 2 - 12 oz pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 - 10 slice
    american cheese or 16 oz pkg mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • dill pickles, chopped

How To Make white castle "sliders" casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray & set aside.

    In a skillet, brown & crumble the beef with both soup mixes. Drain meat into a colander; using paper towels or a clean dish towel, press down on the beef & squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible.

    Unroll 1 tube of crescent rolls into the prepared baking dish. Flatten slightly to seal the seams & cover the bottom as necessary. Top with ground beef. Add cheese slices. Top with pickles. Unroll the other tube of crescent rolls over the top, sealing seams & covering the contents in the pan.

    Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown & cheese is melted. Cut into squares & serve.
