Ingredients For whiskey beef

1 stickbutter
-
2 lbboneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick, cut into 1" pieces

2 - 10 oz canmushroom gravy
-
1 1/2 cbaby carrots
-
2 cwhite onions, small, frozen whole

6 oz cantomato paste
-
2 cwhiskey
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 pkgegg noodles, no-yolk variety, cooked
-
parsley
How To Make whiskey beef

1Heat the butter in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef & cook until well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.

2Stir the gravy, carrots, onions, tomato paste, whiskey & garlic powder in the skillet & heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover & cook for 10 minutes or until the beef is cooked through. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with the parsley.
