Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick, cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 - 10 oz cans mushroom gravy
  • 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups white onions, small, frozen whole
  • 6 oz cans tomato paste
  • 2 cups whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 package egg noodles, no-yolk variety, cooked
  • parsley

How To Make whiskey beef

  • Step 1
    Heat the butter in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef & cook until well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
  • Step 2
    Stir the gravy, carrots, onions, tomato paste, whiskey & garlic powder in the skillet & heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover & cook for 10 minutes or until the beef is cooked through. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with the parsley.
