I don't eat red meat but I cook it well! made this recipe for my family, they all loved it. Great flavors, tasty and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

2 lb
veal chunks

chorizo, hot (sliced)

potatoes, medium (halved)
3 Tbsp
tomato paste
1 c
port wine, red or white
1 c
water

onions, medium (chopped)
2-3
garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)
1/2 c
olives, black
1 sprig(s)
thyme
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

-Brown meat in a pan with olive oil for few minutes, then add chopped onions.
-Add port wine and water with tomato paste.
-Add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper.
-Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. you can add more water if the stew turns out to be too thick.
