Ingredients

80
already breaded veal
2 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 Tbsp
basil, dried
1 Tbsp
oregano, dried
1 Tbsp
garlic
c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated

Step-By-Step

1in batches brown veal cutlets
2in med size pot add tomato sauce, seasoning, bring to a simmer.
3in a 6in hotel pan, add some sauce to cover bottom of pan. add veal over lapping slightly, ladle more sauce over top. sprinkle with cheese. and bake for 45 min, thermometer reads 160, well done
4you will need 2 or maybe 3 pans to fit all the veal in i am not sure how many will fit in one pan
