This, my friends, is an amazing sandwich! What began as a entry in a friendly little competition, evolved into a sandwich that my hubbie and I looked at each other and said, "Oh, man! That is good!" I hope you enjoy a simple sandwich that packs a powerful flavor punch!

london broil, salted and grilled
1 large
onions, sliced and sauteed
greek flatbreads
avocado, sliced
4 oz
neufchatel cheese blended with nalley's jalapeno relish


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Grill London Broil to your taste (we cooked it approx 12 mins on each side. You may like it rarer). After meat is finished let rest on cutting board for 10 mins. Slice in thin slices.

2Meanwhile, saute onion until carmelized.

3Blend Neufchatel cheese with a small amt of Nalley's jalapeno relish. The amt you use depends on how hot you like things. I used about 1 tsp. of relish to 4 oz. of cheese.

4Warm Greek flatbread in microwave until soft and pliable. Spread Neufchatel mixture all over flatbread.

5Place a few avocado slices on spread. Next, a few slices of meat. Then some of the sauteed onions. Enjoy!
