Mix together ground beef, onions, cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into patties and divide patties into equal amounts. With first set of patties, top with salsa, jalapenos and cheese. Then top with remaining patties and press edges together to seal the patties. Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once after 7 minutes. Then serve on a bun, topping with more salsa, jalapenos and cheese (lettuce & tomato). ***This recipe follows the same as the original "juicy lucy" method.
