Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 large
green pepper, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1/4 tsp
black pepper
3 c
tomato juice
1 can(s)
kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(s)
great northern beans or white kidney (cannellini ) beans, rinsed and drained

Directions Step-By-Step

In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder ad black pepper until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

Add tomato juice and beans and heat through.

Top with you choice of toppings from sour cream to green onions, cheese and tomato, or avocado.
