I love this burger because of all its wonderful flavors! Marinated tomatoes, grilled onions, and a patty with sundried tomatoes, pairs deliciously with a sweet, rich, creamy Gorgonzola cheese spread. Mmmmm, these flavors bring to mind a marketplace café in Tuscany! This burger can be made indoors or on an outdoor grill.

ground beef chuck
1/2 c
finely chopped sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil, reserving 3 tablespoons oil

garlic, grated

fresh oregano leaves, chopped

thin slices heirloom tomato or beefsteak tomato

I'm doing this one for my husband this week since I am not a gorgonzola fan and he is. I just did Mexican flavored with sharp cheddar chunks cut up, Vidalia onion chopped fine, cilantro, parsley, garlic, cumin and 3 links of chiorzo sausage meat mixed up and grilled with a top of jalapeno jack cheese and guacamole on top of that on an onion roll, that's more my type but yours is next for my main man.
