1/2 c finely chopped sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil, reserving 3 tablespoons oil
2 clove garlic, grated
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp kosher salt, or more to taste
4 thin slices heirloom tomato or beefsteak tomato
2 Tbsp basil, chopped
3 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
2 pinch salt
4 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 c crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 Tbsp snipped chives
4 thin slices red onion
4 thin slices salami
4 ciabatta rolls, split
1 1/2 c arugula

I love this burger because of all its wonderful flavors! Marinated tomatoes, grilled onions, and a patty with sundried tomatoes, pairs deliciously with a sweet, rich, creamy Gorgonzola cheese spread. Mmmmm, these flavors bring to mind a marketplace café in Tuscany! This burger can be made indoors or on an outdoor grill.
