Trudy's Porcupine Meatballs

My mom made these when I was a kid and now my family loves them!

Ingredients

2 lb
hamburger
garlic powder
onion powder
white rice
1 can(s)
tomato juice
flour

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour tomato juice into large saucepan and bring to a boil

Mix hamburger with the seasonings. Add enough rice so that you will have plenty in each meatball.

Form into meatballs and roll in flour

Drop into boiling tomato juice and them turn down and simmer for an hour.

The juice thickens with the flour and then you can use on top of the meatballs or on mashed potato's.
