Ingredients For trudy's porcupine meatballs

2 lbhamburger
-
garlic powder
-
onion powder
-
white rice
-
1 cantomato juice
-
flour
How To Make trudy's porcupine meatballs

1Pour tomato juice into large saucepan and bring to a boil

2Mix hamburger with the seasonings. Add enough rice so that you will have plenty in each meatball.

3Form into meatballs and roll in flour

4Drop into boiling tomato juice and them turn down and simmer for an hour.

5The juice thickens with the flour and then you can use on top of the meatballs or on mashed potato's.
