Ingredients

1 large can(s)
red beans, undrained
1 small can(s)
white navy beans, undrained
1 small can(s)
corn, undrained
1 small can(s)
diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 pkg
chili seasoning (any one you like, mild or hot)
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp
molasses
1 Tbsp
cocoa powder
1 Tbsp
instant coffee powder
1-2 lb
ground beef (optional for vegetarian)
1 pkg
taco seasoning (optional for vegetarian)
1 can(s)
bold sloppy joe sauce
2 large can(s)
diced tomatoes, undrained
1 small can(s)
mushrooms, undrained
1
large onion, diced
1 tsp
worchestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1If using meat, brown ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning with a 1/2 cup water. Cook until meat is flavored through.

2Put meat in a large crock pot. Dump rest of ingredients in pot, stirring as you go. Turn it on high and cook for 4 hours or cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cheese, extra onions and sour cream.

3If not using meat, you can throw in diced zuccini, broccoli, cauliflower, or other kinds of beans to "meat" it up.
