The Smack my @$$ and Call me Sally Burger!

My son was begging me to come up with an awesome burger. He loves burgers, we don't eat fast food and I hate the expense of going out. So, here it is: the best doggon' burger ever! This one pleased EVERYONE in the house.

pinch tips: How to Use a Meat Thermometer


1 1/2 lb
ground beef, 80/20
1/2 c
buffalo sauce
1 tsp
white pepper
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 lb
bacon, cooked
cheddar cheese slices
pepper jack cheese slices
lettuce leafs
sliced tomato
hamburger buns
6 Tbsp
bbq sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl mix the beef, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and pepper thoroughly.
Divide into 6 portions and form patties. Cook them on the foreman, bbq them, grill them...just cook those burgers up however you like! Top them with the cheddar cheese while hot.
Split each bun and place the burger patty on the bottom part of bun, cover with about a tablespoon of bacon (it should run over, the messier the better), then top with a few slices of the bacon, then add a slice of pepper jack over the bacon. Place in oven for 1 minute on broil, just long enough to melt cheese.
Top each with a slice of lettuce, tomato and onion and 2nd half of the bun.
