Old family favorite that I modified for two from the Covenant Church cookbook...this recipe will be included in this cookbook as well!
cream of chicken or mushroom soup
milk or water
cheddar cheese, shredded
1Brown hamburger and onions. Place in casserole.
2Cover with tater-tots.
3Heat (in pan for browning hamburger) 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup diluted with water or milk.
4Pour over tater-tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Do not cover.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
