Great for any night of the week!! Serve with a veggie and bread for a great meal. Very versatile. I have many different combos for this one recipe. One is to use cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Another is to use sloppy joe sauce.
1 1/2 lb
fiesta nacho cheese soup
mexican blend shredded cheese
bag tater tots
1Chop onion and add to ground beef. Cook until done, drain well. Add soup to ground beef and heat through. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour ground beef/soup mixture into a 9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle a light layer of shredded cheese on top. Place tater tots neatly on top. Bake for approximately 30-45 minutes, or until tots become golden brown. Remove from oven and turn oven off. Immediately sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Place back into oven to melt cheese. (If oven is left on, cheese will burn quickly!)
