We used to have this at home growing up. I've made a few additions to the original recipe, but it still always reminds me of home.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 small
onion, chopped
2-3
celery stalks, chopped
dash(es)
salt and pepper to taste
1 small
can of corn
4 oz
shredded cheddar cheese
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 pkg
tater tots

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Brown ground beef, chopped onions, and chopped celery. Salt and pepper to taste. When browned, drain and put into 13 x 9 pan.

3Spread soup on top of beef mixture. Layer with corn and cheese. Cover with tater tots. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
