In large skillet, saute onions in small amount of butter. Once onions are softened, add ground beef and brown; drain excess grease. Place back into skillet and lawry's, garlic powder, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Combine and heat through.
Place mixture into a 13x9 baking dish. Top with greean beans. Cover green beans with tater tots.
Bake at 375 until hot and bubbly and tater tots are golden brown, about 45 minutes to an hour.
