This recipe was husband approved! I wanted to make something different, I didn't have a lot of ingredients and he loves A1 sauce, so I came up with this simple recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as he did.

Ingredients For tangy meatballs

  • MEATBALLS
  • 11/2 lb
    beef
  • 1/2 c
    bread cut up in tiny pices or breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • dash
    parsley flakes
  • dash
    garlic salt
  • dash
    minced onion
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 or les bottle
    ketchup
  • 1/4 or 1/8 c
    a.1 steak sauce
  • 1/2 or 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 or 1 tsp
    mustard

How To Make tangy meatballs

    Preheat oven to 325
  • 2
    mix ingredients for meatballs in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

    roll into small balls (keeping them roughly the same size)

    place in a non greased glass pan and put in the oven for 50 to 55 min.

    In a large mixing bowl mix all the sauce ingredients. (you may have to adjust the amount depending on how many meatballs you made)

    Heat the sauce in a medium size sauce pan....bring to boil.

    when meatballs are finished top with sauce and serve while hot
