Taco Chili

jenifer carnegie Recipe

By jenifer carnegie jenne

I have won a few chili challenges with this recipe. The corn and the ranch powder sound so odd in here but they are the perfect addition to something that is already so yummy! Margarita or sangria compliment this meal nicely.

    Hi Jenifer,

I cooked your taco chili last night and it was a hit with everyone, my family, neighbors, and a co-worker. I had a large stock pot full, because I doubled your recipe, but I used 5 lbs of hamburger meat instead of 2 lbs (my husband and boys love everything with extra meat).lol I topped it with grated mexican cheese (the one without the spices), sour cream, and green onions. I served it with tortilla chips and corn bread. I have tried other recipes and there was something missing, but yours was delicious, I didn't have to alter a thing!

    Thank you for sharing,
    Melisa
