I have won a few chili challenges with this recipe. The corn and the ranch powder sound so odd in here but they are the perfect addition to something that is already so yummy! Margarita or sangria compliment this meal nicely.
petite diced tomatoes
rotel tomatoes with green chilis
ranch seasoning (powdered)
1 1/2 c
bag of corn (yellow or white)
1Brown the ground beef with onions and drain
2To one large pot add ground beef and tomato juice
3Add black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans. DO NOT DRAIN!
4Then add tomatoes, Rotel, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, corn and chili powder
5Bring to a boil while stiring and then turn down to low
6Cover and simmer for at least 1 hour (the longer the better)
