Taco Casserole

You will be amazed at this dish. It is a casserole that contains everything you love on a taco - (even the lettuce - and it doesn't get soggy)!

nacho cheese chips
1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 can(s)
nacho cheese soup
1 can(s)
2-3 c
lettuce, chopped
1 small
onion, chopped
1 medium
tomato, diced
1-2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small
can black olives, sliced
sour cream


1Crush the bag of nacho chips and pour into bottom of 9x13 pan.
2Brown the ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and cook per package instructions (you may wish to add a bit less water than what the package calls for)-place beef mixture on top of the chips.
3Mix the nacho cheese soup with the 1 can of milk in a small sauce pan until warm. Pour over the burger.
4Add the lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. as desired. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5Bake uncovered in 350* oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6Before serving top with sour cream and/or salsa as desired.
