1 1.2 lbs. ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
1 pkg. tacon seasoning mix, 1 25 oz
6 hamburger buns
1 small onion, sliced and separted into rings
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup fnely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced pimiento stuffed olives

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown meat and chopped onion in large skillet, stirring til meat crumbles; drain well. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning to meat mixture. Stir well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.
Split and toast hamburger buns. Place onion rings on each sandwich; top with meat mixture. Top each sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese and olives. Replace bun tops. Makes 6 sandwiches.
