Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
chopped onion
1
envelope (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can(s)
(15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can(s)
(15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c
bisquick - original
1 c
milk
2 large
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
3Spoon into ungreased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking dish.
4Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.
5Sprinkle with cheese.
6In a mixing bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.
7Pour over beef mixture.
8Bake for 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
9Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired.
