Sweet N Sour Meat Loaf

This meat load always turns out the same every time. This is easy and quick. I usually double the topping recipe because the sauce is so so good.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 c
dry bread crumbs
( i use italian crumbs)
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
dehydrated onions
8 oz
can tomato sauce

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together - form into a loaf
Bake@ 350 for 50 minutes.
Do not use a loaf pan -
you want room for sauce
2Topping
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard

Bring to a boil - pour over meat and bake additional 10 minutes.

I usually double the topping recipe because we like lots of sauce.
I also put a little of it on top before I start baking it.
