Sweet and Sour Meatballs

This is a big recipe, I have a family of 7 plus we have over frieds when we make this dish.

Grate as leftovers too.

My be served on a toothpick at partys.

Ingredients

(meatballs)
3 lb
ground beef
1 c
bread crums, plain or homemade
1/2 c
milk
1 c
minced white or yellow onion
3 Tbsp
worcester suace
2 clove
minced garic
2
eggs
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
salt not to much
(suace)
2 c
packed brown suger
2 Tbsp
heaping tbs. of corn starch
1 c
apple cider vinegar
1/4 c
soy sause dark
2 can(s)
pineapple, chunks and all of the juice
1
green bell pepper
1
red bell pepper
6 c
cooked white rice

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375*

(meatballs)
2Mix all meatball stuff together well.
beef, bread crums, milk, onion, worchester, garlic, eggs, pepper and salt.
3Roll into 1/2 inch or 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet with some space between each ball.
4Place in heated oven and cook for 30 to 45 min.
(till cooked thrue)
5(Suace)

Use a big pot, will be simmering meatball in suace.
If suace is to sweet add more vinegar, if to Sour add more brown suger.
6Heat pot...warm...can still tuch bottom of pot with finger.( DO NOT MAKE POT HOT! )
7Add browm suger and cornstarch, mix well with wisk.
8When brown suger is worm add pinapple juice from bouth cans. Stir with spoon till all brown suger disolved.
9Add Apple cider vinegar, soy suace and bellpeppers. Turn up heat to med. Simmer till starts to get thick.
10Place cooked Meatballs in suace and simmer 30 to 45 min.
11Serve over white rice.
