Ingredients For sweet-and-sour meat loaf

1.5 lbground beef

2 Tbspvinegar

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 csugar

15 oztomato sauce, divided

1 tspinstant onion, minced

2eggs

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt

1 cdry bread crumbs

2 tspprepared mustard
How To Make sweet-and-sour meat loaf

1Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs.

2Add onion and half of the tomato sauce.

3Form into a loaf in a 9x5x3 inch pan.

4Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

5In saucepan, combine sugars, vinegar, mustard and remaining tomato sauce.

6Bring to a boil.

7Pour over meat loaf; bake 10 minutes more.
