SWEET AND SOUR BEEF BALLS
dash of pepper
pineapple cut in pieces
green peppers cut in lengthwise strips
1Mix ground beef,egg 1 tbsp. cornstarch, salt, onion, and pepper. form into balls.
2Cook in small amounts of fat in skillet until brown, drain.
3Add pine apple juice to oil in saucepan, bring to a boil over low heat.
4Mix remaining cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar cook until thickened stirring constantly.
5Add meat balls pineapple, and peppers heat thoroughly. Serve hot, Yield 6 to 8 servings.
6NOTE: This recipe can be made ahead of time just heat before serving.

This sounds great, thanks Eddie for including it here. What kind of vinegar do you use in this recipe, apple cider vinegar?

Hi Beth, Anytime a recipe calls for vinegar it is white vinegar unless it calls for cider vinegar. This recipe calls for white vinegar.( GOD BLESS )
