pineapple cut in pieces
green peppers cut in lengthwise strips
Mix ground beef,egg 1 tbsp. cornstarch, salt, onion, and pepper. form into balls.
Cook in small amounts of fat in skillet until brown, drain.
Add pine apple juice to oil in saucepan, bring to a boil over low heat.
Mix remaining cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar cook until thickened stirring constantly.
Add meat balls pineapple, and peppers heat thoroughly. Serve hot, Yield 6 to 8 servings.
NOTE: This recipe can be made ahead of time just heat before serving.
