Ingredients For sweedish meatballs

2 lbhamburger

1 cquick oatmeal
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 smonion
-
1 cmilk
- SAUCE
-
1 cketchup
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 tspsugar
-
2 tspvinegar
-
3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 smonion
How To Make sweedish meatballs

1preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

2chop up onion into small pieces

3In large bowl combine Hamburger, oatmeal, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the onion, and milk mix
-
4roll mixture into small balls place in oiled baking dish

5In another bowl mix your ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, worchestire sauce, and remaining onion
-
6spoon mixture over top of meatballs if needed can make more sauce depends on how much you want

7place in oven covered with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour
