bread crumbs, seasoned

salt and pepper
2 small
yellow squash
1 large
green zuccini squash
1/2 c
fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 medium
white onion, sliced
2 can(s)
italian diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomatoe sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

TAKE 1ST 4 INGREDIENTS AND MIX TOGETHER. FORM PATTIES, (FLAT LIKE HABURGERS) COOK IN LARGE SKILLET ON MED HEAT UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ON EACH SIDE (INSIDE NEEDS TO BE PINK, WILL FINISH COOKING WITH VEGGIES). REMOVE FROM PAN.

POUR 1 CAN OF DICED TOMATOES (UNDRAINED) IN SKILLET, "SLIDE" PATTIES IN TOMATOES, MIX OTHER CAN OF DICED TOMATOES AND TOMATOES SAUCE TOGETHER AND POUR OVER TOP OF PATTIES, CHOP SQUASHES, AND MIX WITH MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS AND SPRINKLE ALL OVER YOP OF PATTIES....COVER SIMMER ON MED/LOW FOR 30 MIN OR UNTIL VEGGIES ARE THENDER!!!

THIS MEAL IS SERVED BEST WITH MASHED POTATOES AS YOUR SIDE AND USE THE "BROTH" IN BOTTOM OF PAN AS THE GRAVY!!!!!
